I am not a huge fan of Tommie Sunshine’s own bootlegs that much. This collection however, of world-class producers remixes and edits of a whole host of tracks, all in 320kbps mp3, is required listening. The collection has been released to hype up Tommie’s new label, Brooklyn Fire. I will be bringing more WMC stuff to this blog as I find the gems!

Peep Thong (The Mane Thing Bootleg)

Two guys doing massive things in Sydney: Jaxon Carr, founder of mp3 blog Deckhead and Steve Lind of Troublemakers Music and The Hump Day Project fame got together to do a bootleg of His Majesty Andre’s track Peep Thong which was a massive track in 2009 but one of those songs I just couldn’t get into at all.

However, I love this bootleg. Hervé loves it too, having included it on his forthcoming Ghetto Bass 2 mix CD, which is quite a big deal in my eyes since the Original Ghetto Bass compilation had so many hit predictions that became true (not because of hype but because its bloody good music!).

You can download the bootleg here. (320kbps mp3)

This is the breaks bootleg motherload. Run by the Stanton Warriors, Freestylers, and Deekline, you can find a link to the massive “Good Vibrations” bootleg by the Stanton Warriors and a lot more. Hope they start updating it again soon but get on whats here because its top quality stuff!
